Please be aware that credit card payments may incur a processing fee of 2% to 5%. Payments must be received by the Agency in full or partial prior to the due date specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 4.1 Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Skyturismo Traveltech LLP. The following cancellation fees apply based on the number of days prior to departure:
    • 30 days or more: 10% of the total cost
    • 0 to 14 days: 100% of the total cost
    • This may generate charges on cancellation fees which can vary from time to time.
  • 4.2 Refund Process
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days following the cancellation confirmation. The timeframe for receiving the refund may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of financial institutions involved.
  • 4.3 Special Considerations
    Certain travel services, such as airfares, tours, and hotel accommodations, may have different cancellation policies. Clients will be informed of these at the time of booking, and these policies take precedence over our general cancellation policy.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • 5.1 Modification Requests
    Clients may request changes to their bookings, including changes to dates, destinations, or accommodations. All change requests must be made in writing. Skyturismo Traveltech LLP will do its best to accommodate such requests, subject to availability and potential additional charges.
  • 5.2 Name Changes and Transfers
    If a client wishes to transfer their booking to another individual, this request must be made in writing and may incur a fee. Name changes are subject to the policies of the suppliers involved and may not be permitted.

6. Travel Insurance

  • 6.1 Recommendation of Insurance
    Skyturismo Traveltech LLP strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.
  • 6.2 Client Responsibility
    Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms of their travel insurance policy to ensure it meets their needs. Skyturismo Traveltech LLP is not liable for any issues arising from a lack of insurance or inadequate coverage.

7. Responsibility of Skyturismo Traveltech LLP

  • 7.1 Intermediary Role
    Skyturismo Traveltech LLP acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, and tour operators). We facilitate the booking process but do not own or control the services provided by third parties.
  • 7.2 Liability Limitations
    The Agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip, including but not limited to:
    • Delays or cancellations due to weather, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our control.
    • Illness, injury, or death of a client or any member of their party during the trip.
    • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • 8.1 Valid Travel Documents
    Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents. It is advisable to check the entry requirements of the destination country well in advance of travel.
  • 8.2 Health Precautions
    Clients should ensure they are medically fit for travel. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider about necessary vaccinations and health precautions related to the destination. Skyturismo Traveltech LLP cannot be held liable for any health-related issues that arise during the trip.

9. Force Majeure

  • 9.1 Definition
    Skyturismo Traveltech LLP is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government actions.
